Privacy Policy

RallyMint is a creator and administration platform for the RallyTabs collectibles ecosystem. This policy explains how TWLV Gaming handles information through RallyMint, including its connection to Meta's Marketing API. RallyMint is intended for authorized staff and partner organizations, rather than consumer Facebook or Instagram sign-in.

Information we handle

  • Account and organization details used to sign in and manage access, such as names, email addresses, roles, and session information.
  • Content and operational information supplied by authorized users, such as artwork, collectible and campaign settings, and related activity.
  • RallyTabs information needed for administration and reporting through the shared RallyTabs platform databases.
  • When an administrator opens Meta reporting, business and ad account details and aggregate ad performance data, including spend, impressions, clicks, and reach.
  • Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request and error logs.

The current Meta reporting connection uses a business system user and does not offer Facebook or Instagram login to RallyMint users. It does not request personal profile information from individual Facebook or Instagram users.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, operate RallyMint and RallyTabs business workflows, display reports to authorized administrators, provide support, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations. Meta ad account information is used to display ad account performance for the connected business.

Who can access information

Access within RallyMint is limited by staff and organization permissions. Service providers that host or support the platform may process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Storage and retention

RallyMint stores operational information in the systems used to run RallyMint and RallyTabs. The current Meta reporting integration retrieves account details and aggregate insights when an administrator requests a report; it does not save those Meta reports to a RallyMint database. The Meta access token is held in server configuration and is not sent to the browser. We retain other information for as long as needed to operate the service, address security and support issues, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you or your organization, email support@rallymint.co. Please identify the account or organization involved so we can verify and process the request. Authorized business administrators can also revoke RallyMint's Meta access in Meta Business Settings. We may retain information where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as RallyMint and its integrations change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
