Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms apply to RallyMint, the creator and administration platform for the RallyTabs collectibles ecosystem operated by TWLV Gaming. By accessing RallyMint, you agree to use it under these terms. RallyMint is for authorized staff and partner organizations. Consumer use of RallyTabs is governed separately.
Access and accounts
You may use RallyMint only while your organization has authorized your access. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, use your own account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@rallymint.co. Administrators may change or remove access when a role changes or access is no longer needed.
Permitted use
Use RallyMint only for legitimate work on the accounts, content, and business assets you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another organization's information without permission, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights. Review changes before publishing or applying them to live business assets.
Content you provide
You are responsible for artwork, text, settings, and other content you submit through RallyMint, including having the rights and approvals needed to use it. You authorize TWLV Gaming to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate RallyMint and the related RallyTabs workflows you choose to use. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to TWLV Gaming.
Connected services
RallyMint connects to services such as Meta to display business reporting and uses other providers to operate the platform. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and permissions. You must have authority to connect any business asset you make available through RallyMint.
Availability and access changes
We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt RallyMint. We may suspend or end access to protect the service, respond to misuse or security concerns, or honor an organization's access decision. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in RallyMint, including data received through connected services and how to request deletion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RallyMint changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
